台虹營收／8月9.65億元 電子材料營收創同期新高
軟性銅箔基板（FCCL）龍頭廠商台虹（8039）今日公布2024年8月份合併營業收入為新臺幣9.65億元，較上月減少5.08%，較去 年同期增加15.59%。台虹說明，其中電子材料事業營收為9.39億元，較上月減少4.79%，較去年同期增加 22.10%。本月電子材料營收創同期歷史新高紀錄。
蘋果PCB配合新款iPhone全面備貨啟動各大廠營運升溫，將先帶動材料需求，法人看好台虹傳統旺季表現。
台虹先前召開法說會已上修全年展望，當時台虹提到，全年營收從原先預期個位數成長上修到雙位數。台虹總經理江宗翰當時也說，AI與高速運算帶動高頻高速材料需求，公司規劃今年第3季提早評估泰國廠的第二期擴充。
另外台虹近年積極耕耘半導體材料，旗下台虹應材業績也備受關注。台虹先前也提到，台虹應材隨著先進封裝採用，配合封裝廠商出貨成長，對該領域成長樂觀其成。另外面板級先進封裝可在供給吃緊下改善生產面積，雖仍在初期階段，但公司也積極配合產業發展。
